JDanielle's summer 2021 look book

For me, Sunshine and warm weather are amazing, and Summer is one of my favorite seasons because of the fashion. Shorts, sandals, tank, and halter tops; I live to wear these items. For summer 2021, I knew I wanted to dress up, live it up and turn up. In this post, you'll see a few of my favorite outfits that I have worn so far.

The Satin Tie Waist Choker Top from Modnation is versatile and chic. Dressed up or down with a pair of slacks, jeans, skirt, or shorts, this top is great for summer nights. Whether it is date night or girls night, you'll be dressed for the occasion in this number. I wore this with a pair of denim shorts and heels for dinner at a resort in Jamaica. Also, Modnation is a black-owned business.

The Neon Slash Body Suit, also from Modnation, is one of the cutest bodysuits I have in my closet. Another great buy from Modnation, the suit is of good quality. The top part comes up the neck for a chic look. That little opening at the top is also a good feature. I wore mine with a pair of denim shorts from TJMaxx.

On to another great outfit featuring my favorite color, pink! This pink Clean Lines Bodysuit from Belk is so adorable and comfortable. Made by Free People, one of my favorite brands, I found it on sale and could not live without it. I am wearing it with a pair of jeans from Sincere Sally trimmed in pearls in the photo. The bodysuit is no longer available in pink, but Belk has more colors that are perfect for the upcoming fall season.

I got these No Stress, Distressed jeans from Rich Addiction, a black-owned brand, and have been obsessed with them ever since. They're comfortable and can be dressed up or down with a pair of heels or sneakers. In the photo below, I was headed to a family dinner wearing the trendy jeans with a cropped top from BCBGMaxazria, and a pair of heels by I.N.C from Macy's. The oversized jeans look my favorite, and this outfit in the photo below was worth sharing.

Thanks so much for reading, and don't forget to subscribe. XOXO JDanielle.
