JDanielle's 27th Birthday Wardrobe

This year, I turned 27 years old. The celebration began on Thursday, February 13 (my actual) birthday, and lasted the entire weekend.  Jumpstarting the events with my parents at my favorite restaurant, Benihana, I enjoyed some delicious Hibachi. We were graced with a fantastic chef who performed some very unique tricks. Please note that I have been to this place many times. I was glad to see new techniques on the grille.

My outfit of the night consisted of the Lilyan Faux-Leather Peplum Top from BCBG paired with the Perfect Summer Jeans from Madewell. After a long and intense search for shoes, I finally decided on the ELSY Pump by SCHUTZ from DSW.

By the end of the night, I was in for a significant surprise. My mother gifted me with a beautiful mink coat by Regenstein Furs. Wrapped to perfection in my favorite colors, I opened the box to find a luxurious piece that I have always wanted.

Now, moving onto Valentine's day. I admit, as a non-celebrator of Valentine's day, my boyfriend and I had nothing special planned. He lives in D.C., and his flight did not land until 10:30 pm that night. After I scooped him up, we headed to Harolds Chicken and Ice Bar on Old National Highway. This one of my favorite places to hang out to enjoy fried chicken, coleslaw, and fries. Oh, and their Hennessy Margarita is my favorite drink.

For the night out, I knew I wanted to wear something trendy, sexy and fun. Again, BCBG always saves the day and I wore their Sheer Embroidered Body Suit with their Bike Shorts. The shoes are from Amazon. So far, this is my favorite outfit of 2020.

Here is the grand finale. Saturday, I had dinner with my close friends at KR Steak Bar and another piece from BCBG was needed for this event also. The Tulle OverLay Jumpsuit with a Gucci Belt was a masterpiece for dinner along with partying at the W Hotel Rooftop Lounge.
