J Danielle's Picks for Hair Products

For these hot and dry months here in Georgia, I have some hair products that I use on a regular basis that moisturize and promote hair growth. I have a relaxed pixie cut so maintaining healthy hair is very important to me. It is possible to have healthy relaxed hair with the proper TLC and products.

One of my favorites right now is the Aveda Brilliant Finishing Gloss. A little goes a long way so I pump a dime sized amount onto the palms of my hands and rub it through my short hair to give it that nice shine and glow. The oil is light weight which makes it great for everyday use and there is no heavy scent. This can be found at any Aveda Salon or can be ordered online.

I am not a big fan of gel like edge controls so when I came across this Aveda Control Paste, I was filled with excitement. I have used plenty of edge controlling products by different brands and this is by far the best. There is no residue, it is moisturizing and a little goes a long way. This product can also be found at any Aveda Salon or online.

The Wild Growth Hair Oil is a holy grail in my bathroom cabinet. The bottle with the applicator makes it easy to apply to the scalp and because I workout, that extra moisture is definitely needed. I also love this product because it keeps my hair growing!

This It's Natural Growth Creme by Influence was introduced to me years ago by my hair stylist and if you are looking for a product to save or keep your edges, this is the one. It is not sold in stores but it is online. This is also a holy grail in my cabinet and will always remain in my hair care routine along with the Wild Growth Hair Oil.

These products work on multiple hair types and textures. Thanks for reading and stay tuned for more blog posts.
