My Top 5 Make Up Products

My makeup bag is full of products but at the moment there are five products that I have been using a lot lately and I love them!

1. The Mary Kay Timewise matte wear foundation.

My t-zone is extremely oily and I hate looking shiny in my pictures. The MK matte wear foundation keeps me matte for a good 8 hours and I have been using it for a year. This is definitely an everyday foundation for work and it is easy to apply giving a very natural finish.

2. The Makeup Forever HD Foundation

I finally got a hold of this product and it is one of the best foundations that I have used for full coverage. The finish is very smooth and gives you a fresh, flawless look. This is not an everyday foundation though. I suggest wearing this for a night out or to any special occasion. The best foundation that looks good in photos are the ones that are HD and without SPF. The Makeup Forever HD does not have SPF which makes it perfect for pictures. When wearing a foundation without SPF, be sure to moisturize with SPF before application.

3. Tartelette In Bloom eyeshadow palette by Tarte Cosmetics

I can create many looks with this one palette. I am so happy that this is apart of my makeup collection because lately I have been using this palette to do my eye makeup. The colors/shades are extremely pigmented and go on very smoothly. I can create a soft and natural look, or a smoky look using this one palette.

4. The Anastasia Beverly Hills Illuminator

I always wondered how makeup artist achieved that beautiful highlight look. The look that just gives you a glow and makes your cheek bones look amazing. I am a little late but better late than never. I finally came across an Illuminator by Anastasia Beverly Hills and it highlights perfectly.

5. The MaryKay Oil Mattifier

As I mentioned before I have oily skin. Instead of using a primer, I use a mattifier. This product works well with my Mary Kay foundation and my Makeup Forever HD.
